CHRISTMAS DIGEST 🎄🎄🎈🎈🎉🎉🎊🎄   👀For unto you is born this day in the city of David a saviour, which is Christ the Lord (Luke 2:11).  👉Today,Christians and even non-christians all over the world are celebrating Christmas-the birth of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ. But beyond the joyful celebrations and merriments of the day,its important to understand the spiritual import and benefit of the birth of Jesus Christ to everyone in the world. The exciting thing about Christmas  aren't the reindeer ,Christmas trees and carols, rather,its the purpose for which Christ came! He came that you may have  life-the God life (John 10:10).  👉Many are still awaiting the coming of the Messiah, but the bible tells us that the Lord Jesus is the Messiah  sent of God to bring salvation to  the whole world:"Blessed be the Lord God of Israel; for he hath visited and redeemed his people, And hath raises up an horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David" (Luke 1:68-68).Jesus was born,and he lived to die that we may live.Today,we have eternal life because He has been born in our hearts. We have therefore been made perfect in Him,Whom the Bible describes as the captain of our salvation.  👉We are partakers of his divine nature,and joint-heirs with Him.This is what should excite you about Christmas; the fact that Christ has come, therefore your hope for a glorious,prosperous life has been fulfilled. Christ has come therefore you've been accepted if the father! No matter what you've done,where you've been,and how you've lived your life,He has made you accepted in the beloved, to the praise of the glory of his grace(Ephesians 1:6)   👉This is what Christmas means; that you're now in Christ,accepted of him,and have been brought into "son-ship". No wonder John the Apostle cried out "Beloved, now are we the sons of God......" (1John 3:2). You're not working your way trying to please  God to become a son; no! You're a son now: "Behold what manner if Love the father hath bestowed upon us,that we should be called the sons of God......" (1John 3;1).As you celebrate today, think on what Christ came to achieve on your behalf. The farther you are from the word of God, the filthier your life becomes.  Until you know what is written, you can’t control what is happening.  Absence of light/the word makes us victim of happenings of life.  Wisdom and knowledge are the stabilizers of our destiny, God’s word is where your spiritual energy comes from.  It takes inner strength to overcome your fear.  Every great gain begin with great thinking.  Until something changes within you nothing.  changes around you Something do change with time but time itself changes nothing.  Only those who believe for a need to be change remains in charge.  The only thing that takes away disgrace is the presence of Grace in a man's life.

Though there’s the imitation of Christ in Christianity, Christianity isn’t the imitation of Christ. You can’t imitate Christ until you have the life of Christ. Christianity is the life of God in the human person, made possible by Christ. That’s a miracle, and which is what Christmas is about. He brought us another kind of life.   👉The New International Version puts our opening verse more appropriately; it says, “…I have come that they may have life, and HAVE IT TO THE FULL.” He came to help us live the good life, which God prearranged, and made ready for us to live (Ephesians 2:10). He’s called you into a life of excellence, prosperity, perpetual victory, and righteousness! This is the reason we wish people a merry Christmas.   👉When we wish others a merry Christmas, it’s not just about how they feel or should feel throughout the day; it’s about the beauty and glory that Christ has brought into their lives. He has made your life glorious. He has made you a champion forever. As you celebrate this season, let God’s truth find full expression in you. Be bold about the Word of God; dare to believe the Word and declare, “I’m a success forever. I prosper in all things. The world is mine. I reign and rule over circumstances.”   👉Christ has come; He’s already been born. He’s already died for us, and has risen from the dead! He’s already ascended! Now you can live that transcendent life which He brought to us. You have that life now: “He that hath the Son hath life...” (1 John 5:12); it’s not a promise to the one who’s born again. If you have the Son, you have the God-life! This is what Christmas means to us.                   👏 YOUR PRAYER.  Dear Father, thank you for the life you’ve given me in Jesus Christ! I’m thankful that in Christ I live, and move and have my being! He’s my life and my all! I declare that His glory, grace, and righteousness, are continually manifested in, and expressed through me, in Jesus’ Name.
